Focus Kline Emulator
The Ford ESL emulator works on Ford vehicles from 2003 through 2012 (Focus MK2, C-Max, etc.).
The original SCL part number is 8m51 - 3f880 - Gx; the connector has 4 pins and all 4 wires are used.
The device connector colors are GREEN. If your car has a BLACK connector, it was most likely produced after 2012 and uses a LIN architecture not covered by this emulator. The emulator is used plug-and-play.
Using the emulator is very simple.
- Turn the ignition off,
- Plug the emulator into the socket,
- Remember that power is cut when an open or close command is sent to the original SCL.
- Installation will then be completed successfully.
