No, all software is free within your daily file limit. The number of files you can process daily varies according to your chosen package:

• Monthly Package: 5 files daily
• Lite Package: 10 files daily
• Elite Package: 20 files daily

• check_circle Technical support time: 2 hours response time in Monthly and Lite packages, 1 hour in Elite package.
• check_circle Advanced modifications: Stage 2, Popcorn, Hardcut and DSG Optimization features are only available in Elite package.

1. looks_one You upload your file to the system and select vehicle/ECU information.
2. looks_two The system analyzes your ECU/TCU file and presents applicable optimization options.
3. looks_3 Your selected modifications are applied to your file and made ready for download within seconds.
4. looks_4 After completion, you can download your file and load it to your vehicle.

NitroData automatically checks whether the uploaded file is original. If your file has been modified before, the system warns you and can optionally provide an OEM (original) file.

Operations on modified files can produce unexpected results. We always recommend using original files for best results.

If there's no ready solution for your file in the system, the ticket screen opens automatically. You can submit your request by selecting the desired operation from here.

According to your selected package, our technical team will respond to your request:

• For Monthly and Lite package users within 2 hours
• For Elite package users within 1 hour

Our software engineers analyze your file, add the relevant operation to the system and send you a notification.

NitroData works with a single device license. Your license is tied to the device where you activate it.

However, if you want to use it on a new device:

• You can create a device change request by contacting technical support.
• Device change is free once a year.

• check_circle Elite package users receive priority response within 1 hour.
• check_circle If you encounter a system error, our technical support team will contact you to resolve the issue.

• info The refund right is limited after the software license becomes active.
• info Since NitroData is a digital software product, no refunds are made after license activation is completed.
• info You can cancel your monthly package subscription at any time. Cancellation applies to the next period, no refund is made for the active period.
