Dispatch Time

Orders with confirmed payment are shipped the same day. Orders placed outside business hours or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery Time

Delivery time varies depending on your delivery address and region. Once your package is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its status through DHL.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated based on your order total and delivery address, and is shown at checkout.

Damaged or Incomplete Delivery

If you notice any damage when receiving your package, please ask the courier for a damage report and let us know via our contact page.
