REPAIR COURSES OF ELECTRONIC CONTROL MODULE (ECU-ECM) COMPLETED!

One of the theoretical and applied trainings was successfully completed by Nitro Mechatronics R&D team on the use, time and budget savings of the ECUTEST KF1500 ECU Repair Unit produced by Nitro Mekatronik.


The training started on 9.04.2021 and lasted 3 days and 15 hours, and the business partners who participated in the training completed their training and received their certificates.


In the theoretical training session, the participants; A comprehensive training program such as ECU operating system, communication between ECU and sensor, CANBUS operating principles, Can Analyzer Use, EPC Catalog (diagram reading), Jaltest diagrams, part numbers and IMMO usage has been implemented.



 

In the hands-on training session, the participants were able to read and write the ecu with the Flex device (Ford Cargo and Man), change parameters with Scania Xcom, use multimeter, oscilloscope training, component measurement and tests, working principles of sensors, use of Ecutest KF1500, circuit monitoring on ECU fault detection device and ECU connection procedures, sensor testing without opening the ECU cover and part replacement issues were conveyed in practice.


Participants had the opportunity to observe the operations performed on Ford Cargo Euro 3 and 5, Scania Euro 5, Mercedes Euro 5, Iveco Strailes Euro 3 ecus with this training.
