How to Diagnose DAF Euro 6 Vehicles?

We open our Jaltest program, which can diagnose trucks, trailers, buses, construction machinery, agricultural machines and light commercial vehicles, and select the truck and lorry section.
From the active licenses in the window that opens, we select the DAF brand. On the model screen you can see all DAF vehicle models you can work on.
As shown in the list, you can easily connect to Euro 6 vehicles and perform fault diagnosis.
After selecting a Euro 6 vehicle from the list and clicking Continue, the next screen shows all modules you can connect to.
You can connect individually to many modules such as engine, brakes, tachograph and suspension and perform your operations.
You can also run fault diagnosis on all modules at once.
We select and connect to the brake system of our chosen Euro 6 vehicle. In the menu that opens on the left, we continue under the “DIAGNOSIS” option.
On the next screen we view the faults currently stored in the vehicle ECU memory. You can get detailed information about fault causes using the “i” icon next to fault codes and short descriptions.
There is also another icon that gives access to illustrated images and documents showing how to repair the fault. From here you can view all repair details and follow every step.
