Isuzu Novociti and AdBlue Emulator & Error Codes

Isuzu Novociti is a heavy vehicle category vehicle that complies with Euro 6 Emission Standards.
Isuzu Novociti has two different Nox sensors and these sensors have different purposes.
One of them controls the gas and adblue liquid entering the SCR Catalyst. The other sensor checks the values ​​coming out of the Isuzu Novociti SCR catalyst and reports the situation to the engine. These sensors work together with the AdBlue system. Therefore, if any of these sensors fails, AdBlue error notifications can be observed.

AdBlue problems occurring in Isuzu Novociti are slightly different from what is known. When an AdBlue problem occurs in Isuzu Novociti, the speed of the vehicle is stabilized at 20 kmh instead of completely stopping the operation and the vehicle cannot exceed this speed. This is because the AdBlue problem directly affects the torque negatively. At this stage, one or more error codes related to the issue appear on the display panel.
