How is the leak test done?

1- Fill the device with 20 ml of baby oil, open the engine cover and hang the device on the cover.

2-You need to separate the pipe that you need to connect to the device.

3-Give 12V electricity to the device, start the device.

4-In 30 seconds, the pipe will fill with smoke. Check for leak points.

What you should pay attention to:

• Fill in 20 ml of baby oil for the first use. Be careful not to put too much.
• You can use baby oil or paraffin as test liquid.
• The oil should be filled when the smoke decreases. More than 20 ml should not be filled.
• Drain the left oil before filling oil and change the device oil regularly.
• Do not operate the device for more than 8 minutes. The device must rest.
• The round part of the device is hot, be careful when using it.
• If you need to separate the test tube in the middle, seal the other side with the stopper.
