How is the AdBlue system disabled on Caterpillar construction machinery? 

As Nitro Mekatronik, we meticulously perform operations such as AdBlue, EGR and DPF deletion on your CAT construction machinery and other vehicles using CAT engines.

What do you need to do to have CAT AdBlue operations performed?

We perform the above-mentioned operations such as CAT AdBlue, CAT EGR and CAT DPF via the OBD on the construction machine.

All you need is a CAT ET diagnostic tool and a computer with an internet connection. Once you have all of these, we carry out these operations professionally.

What do you need to do during the process?

The operation will be entirely under the control of our expert team, and what you need to do during the process will be explained to you step by step. 

What do you need to do after the process?

After the operation, if the fault light is still on, you need to clear the passive faults in the ECU. 

If the vehicle has torque limitation or if limp mode is active, these will be disabled. Since the sensors in the exhaust system are no longer needed, you can remove them.

As the AdBlue system will be disabled, you will no longer need to use AdBlue.

As Nitro Mekatronik, this service we provide is under our guarantee: after the operation we perform, as long as you do not make changes to the flash file, our work will run smoothly; however, if you make any changes, the operation is no longer covered by the guarantee. Another situation that voids the guarantee is a change of ECU.
