How to Use a Battery Voltage Stabilizer?

The Italian-made Elektromem Flash-Mem 100 voltage stabilizer is a battery test and stabilization device.

Many functions can be configured on the device. For ECU flashing, select the appropriate mode; for charging only, set the charge section.

Values can be adjusted to engine and battery specifications. The 10 A trickle charge prevents battery drain; 30 A normal, 60 A fast and 150 A high charge are available.

Stabilized voltage options are 13.8 V, 14.4 V and 14.8 V. For programming, 14.4 V is recommended — otherwise the process may abort and damage the vehicle.

Flash-Mem 100 is equipped with a microprocessor and CPU controller for user and vehicle safety.

The left-side display shows status. The device starts battery test automatically when connected. It indicates charging, fault or full battery states.
