VAG ECU programming (flash) is writing the software image of the engine, transmission, or other control units. vag-coding, on the other hand, mostly changes configuration flags.
On the OEM path, vag-odis and a suitable VAS interface are commonly used. On newer vehicles, vag-sfd-lock can further restrict flash access. This site does not provide a bypass procedure.
