Update for Maxisys Ultra, 919, and 909 Series

Added ECU information, fault reading, fault clearing, Live Data, active test, and special functions for 33 model-year 2022 vehicles including CADILLAC CT4, Buick Envision, and Chevrolet Blazer.
Added Automatic Start/Stop, Transport Mode, A/C, Rain/Light sensor, and EGR to special functions.

Added basic functions for 41 models in 2021 (including Yaris and 4RUNNER) and 9 models in 2022 (including Corolla and Hilux).
Also added ACC, A/C, and HV Battery system.

Added diagnostic support for models including CP-TAREK 2021 and CL/CQ-TAOS 2021.
