Scania AdBlue Fault Solution

Although the AdBlue system first appeared mainly in the heavy-duty vehicle group, we also encounter it in the passenger car group today.

So why does such a widespread system cause so many faults? 

Motor vehicle manufacturers carry out production within certain criteria. Countries have certain parameters they require, and if these are not met, they cannot obtain sales authorization.

One of these is the ratio of burned gas emitted by vehicles to the outside. They are expected to reduce this ratio to a minimum to prevent environmental pollution.

Manufacturers found their final solution in developing AdBlue after particulate filters and similar systems. Thanks to AdBlue, burned gas will be converted into nitrogen vapor and melted, and the burned gas ratio will be reduced.

Of course, this will have disadvantages as well as advantages for us.

AdBlue is mixed with fuel and used. On average, 40 liters of AdBlue are used for 1000 liters of fuel. If you use fuel without AdBlue, the Scania vehicle's catalyst will clog.

This clogging can be eliminated with a chip device, or you can clean the catalyst by running the vehicle at high RPM for a while.

If you do not perform these procedures for a long time and continue to use the vehicle this way, the vehicle will eventually protect itself and stop working. AdBlue emulator devices are also available to disable this system.

Scania Euro 5 or Euro 6 AdBlue emulator devices are designed to disable the catalyst system on heavy-duty trucks, buses, and tractor-trailers. The AdBlue emulator device electronically ignores the AdBlue system in the vehicle. Installation of the AdBlue emulator device is performed on the vehicle ECU.

And installation is also quite easy. After installation, the AdBlue system in the vehicle is disabled. This procedure does not cause any harm to vehicles.

A vehicle with an AdBlue emulator installed runs smoothly and continues on its way without problems. Because pulling power increases, it does not consume too much fuel.

Scania AdBlue emulator devices keep the fuel level at around 80%. AdBlue faults do not occur on vehicles where AdBlue solutions are applied.

And AdBlue emulators do not harm any component of the vehicle; you can safely use your vehicle with an emulator installed.
